Terms of Service

This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below. The offer is made by the owner and operator of vvarb.com, a private individual, referred to below as the Provider. The Provider is reachable through the contact page; identification details are supplied on a justified lawful request. By registering at vvarb.com or paying for a subscription you accept these terms in full.

1. What is provided

VVARB is an information service. It collects public data from cryptocurrency exchanges, calculates price gaps, rates and fees, and presents the result as tables and charts. That is the subject of this agreement: access to those calculations.

The service is not an exchange, a broker, a trading bot or a manager of your funds. It has no access to your exchange accounts, never asks for API keys, and cannot open or close any position. Every trade is placed by you, on exchanges where you hold your own accounts.

2. Free access and subscription

Once your email is confirmed, all six screeners open. Two of them - Staking with a hedge, and Listings - work in full. The rest show real exchange data on a delay: Funding and OI by eight hours, the spot, futures and spot-perp screeners by six.

A subscription removes the delay and opens the order book, prices across every venue, and funding inside the trade ticket. Terms and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a period already paid for keeps the price you paid.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only, through the Plisio payment service. The Provider neither receives nor stores bank card details. A subscription activates automatically once the payment is confirmed by the network - usually within minutes, though the timing depends on network congestion rather than on us.

A subscription does not renew automatically. When the term ends, access simply returns to the free tier and it is your decision whether to renew.

4. Refunds

A paid subscription is not refundable.

The reason is stated here in advance rather than during a dispute: access opens immediately on payment and is consumed from the first minute, and a cryptocurrency transfer is technically irreversible.

That is exactly why the whole service can be examined before paying. Registration is free and has no time limit, all six screeners are open, and the data is real - only not the freshest. The free tier was made this complete on purpose, so that the decision to pay rests on your own experience rather than on our promises.

If the service was unavailable through our fault for more than twenty-four consecutive hours, write to us and we will extend your subscription by the corresponding number of days. That is compensation for time rather than a refund, and it is granted on request.

5. Risks you accept

Arbitrage is not a risk-free strategy, and we claim otherwise nowhere. A price gap closes while you are entering the position; moving a coin between exchanges takes time in which the price walks away; a withdrawal may turn out to be closed; an exchange may halt trading, liquidate a position or change its fees.

The numbers on screen are the upper bound of what can be obtained, not a promised outcome. Every step between the screen and a filled order reduces it.

The Provider gives no investment advice and no trading signals, guarantees no profit, and bears no responsibility for your trading decisions or their consequences.

6. Data sources and interruptions

Data comes from the exchanges’ public interfaces. We control neither their availability nor their speed or accuracy. An exchange may return a stale price, withhold a network fee, or stop responding - the service flags such cases where it can recognise them, but it cannot prevent them.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: planned updates, hosting failures and exchange-side limits are all possible.

7. Your account

• One account, one person. Access may not be passed to third parties.
• Automated harvesting of data from the service, reselling it, or presenting our calculations as your own product are prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Breaching these terms may end your access without a refund of what has been paid. We do this only with cause, and state the reason on request.

8. Affiliate programme

A participant in the affiliate programme receives a percentage of every payment made by users they introduced. The rate and the minimum payout are shown in the account area. Commission is credited once the payment is confirmed by the network.

Commission is cancelled for self-referral, inflated sign-ups, spam, and any scheme that imitates sales. Payouts are made manually on request, in cryptocurrency, to the address you provide; the Provider is not responsible for an error in that address.

9. Liability

The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the current subscription period. The Provider does not compensate lost profit, trading losses or other indirect damages.

10. Changes to these terms

The Provider may change these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page; the date is shown at the top. A period already paid for is governed by the version in force on the day of payment.
