P2P arbitrage: a screener for USDT routes across exchanges and banks
On P2P markets users buy and sell USDT among themselves, and every ad has its own rate. The VVARB screener brings together the books of 7 exchanges in five currencies and finds routes: where to buy USDT cheaper and sell it dearer, through which banks - and what is left on your amount after the transfer, within the ads’ limits.
Free after sign-up, on data six hours old.
What P2P arbitrage is
P2P (peer-to-peer) is the part of an exchange where people buy and sell USDT directly with each other for hryvnia, roubles, tenge or another currency, by bank transfer. Each ad’s price is set by its seller or buyer, so rates differ within one book, and more so across exchanges and banks.
A P2P arbitrageur buys USDT from a cheaper ad and sells it to a dearer one. There are four kinds of route: within one exchange, between two exchanges (moving the USDT over a network), between banks - when buying from one bank and selling into another pays more - and chains through spot: buy another coin (USDC, BTC, ETH), change it and sell.
A worked example
| Buy: 20,000 ₴ / 41.50 | 481.93 USDT |
| Transfer to exchange B over TRC20 | −1 USDT |
| Arrived on exchange B | 480.93 USDT |
| Sell 480.93 USDT at 42.10 | 20,247 ₴ |
| Net profit per round | +247 ₴ (1.24%) |
The spread was 1.45%; after the transfer fee 1.24% was left. On 5,000 ₴ the same fee would take over a fifth of the spread - which is why the screener works out every route for your amount.
Why a route has to be worked out for an amount
The cheapest ads are often tiny - 500 or 1,000 ₴ - while the dearest buyers only take 15,000 ₴ and up. Comparing the best buy price with the best sell price gives a route nobody can trade. The screener only takes ads whose limits and stock accept your amount, and only then works out the profit.
What the screener shows
- Net profit on your amount, within the limits of both ads and after the USDT transfer fee between exchanges.
- Banks by country. Tick the banks you hold an account with and routes go through those only. For dollars and euros this matters most: one currency mixes banks from many countries.
- Counterparty rating: trade count and completion rate. Traders under 50 trades and 90% completion are hidden by default.
- The transfer network and fee between exchanges: the cheapest network open for withdrawal and deposit, and how long it takes.
- How long a route has held and a chart of its spread - to tell a steady gap from a stray ad.
- The market rate, as the median of all ads: prices far from it are marked, and those far beyond it dropped.
- A step-by-step plan: how much to buy, where, from which bank, over which network to move it and where to sell.
Chains: another coin and a change on spot
Besides USDT the screener reads the USDC, BTC and ETH books on Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget and HTX and builds chains: buy a coin on P2P, change it to another on the exchange spot market if that pays, move it and sell. The spot price and fee come from the spot screener; a coin other than USDT is moved only where its network and fee are known.
By default the screener also skips ads that give more than 30 minutes to pay and prices more than 3% off the market: buyers asking two or three hours to pay are paying a premium for risk, and that premium looked like profit.
Exchanges and currencies
| Currency | Platforms | Banks (examples) |
|---|---|---|
| Hryvnia (UAH) | Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, HTX, KuCoin, MEXC | Monobank, PrivatBank, PUMB, A-Bank, Sense Bank, Oschadbank |
| Rouble (RUB) | Bybit, KuCoin, HTX, MEXC | Sberbank, T-Bank, Alfa-Bank, VTB, SBP |
| Tenge (KZT) | all 9 | Kaspi, Halyk, Freedom, Jusan, CenterCredit |
| Dollar (USD) | all 9 | Wise, Revolut, Zelle, Georgian banks and more |
| Euro (EUR) | all 9 | SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise, N26 |
Binance, OKX, Bitget and Gate have closed rouble P2P - there are no ads - so they take no part in roubles.

Risks of P2P arbitrage
| Risk | What happens | What helps |
|---|---|---|
| Bank account freeze | Frequent transfers from different people draw the bank’s attention | Moderate turnover, transfers only from the account holders |
| Fraud | “Third parties”, reversed payments, moving to messengers | Counterparty rating filter, trades only inside the exchange |
| The ad is gone | By the time you bought, the buyer closed their ad | How long the route has held, and room in the spread |
| Network transfer | While the USDT travels to another exchange the rate can move | Routes within one exchange, fast networks |
| Ad terms | The merchant requires verification, a particular bank or a minimum size | The link to the ad, and checking its terms first |
A realistic P2P profit is 0.1-2% a round. When the screener shows more than 3%, it is most often a mistake in the ad or a trap: check the limits, the payment window and the counterparty rating. That is why by default the screener skips ads more than 3% off the market and those giving over 30 minutes to pay.
P2P arbitrage carries banking and legal risks that differ by country. The screener finds and works out routes, but makes no trades and guarantees no profit: the decision and the responsibility stay with you.

Questions about P2P arbitrage
How much can P2P arbitrage make?
It depends on the currency, amount, banks and timing. Usually fractions of a percent to a few percent per round, with risks above those of exchange arbitrage. The screener shows each route’s net result on your amount, with no promises.
Do I need to move money between exchanges?
Not for a route within one exchange: buy and sell the USDT there. A transfer is only needed for routes between exchanges; the screener picks a cheap network and includes the fee. Transfers can be switched off.
Why are banks split by country?
The same name means different banks in different countries, and dollar and euro ads come from all over the world. Choosing your country and banks removes routes you could not physically complete.
Does the screener trade for me?
No. It asks for no access to exchange or bank accounts: you make every trade yourself.
Is P2P part of the arbitrage subscription?
No, it is a separate subscription. For both, choose the “Everything” plan - cheaper than the two separately.
How is the demo different?
The demo has the same routes and filters on six-hour-old data, with the ads, counterparties and step-by-step plan hidden. The subscription gives live data every 30 seconds.
